Purchased a 117-year-old home with a flat roof. We chose Perez after having several roofers come by. They weren't the lowest price but had the highest level of expertise. We definitively got our money's worth with a team that paid attention to details, didn't gloss over any issues and took pride in their final product. The quality of workmanship was great, Francisco communicated multiple times a day and explained everything and every step. The original roof from 1907 was still on the house with 117 years of roof layers piled on top. They removed 7 TONS of roofing, and it was very dusty and messy for a few days, but they cleaned up everything beyond expectations. Great work, highly recommended!

A day or two later he arrived with a small crew and fixed the leak for a price significantly lower than what other roofers had estimated it would cost. Moved in a few years ago and finally had the old roof torn off and replaced. Work was completed expertly and promptly within two days. This included the reframing of the parapet along most of the south side of the home and replacement of many rotten boards along that same side. The finished product looks beautiful.
